[Terminology] Dilatant fluid
Non-Newtonian fluid.
Not obey Newton’s law of viscosity.
Relationship of D(shear velocity) - τ(shear stress) passes through the origin, and has not yield value.
When shear velocity increases, apparent viscosity ηa increases. This is the "stir faster, show more dense" phenomenon.
Relationship of D-τobeys exponential relationship.
