[Terminology] Pseudoplastic fluid
Non-Newtonian fluid.
Not obey Newton’s law of viscosity.
Relationship of D(shear velocity) - τ(shear stress) passes through the origin, and has not yield value.
When shear velocity increases, apparent viscosity ηa reduces. This is the "stir faster, show more dilute" phenomenon.
For most of polymer solutions and emulsions, the relationship of D-τobeys exponential relationship.
