Properties
Appearance: (1), white or beige paste; (2), white or beige powder or flaky solid.
Odor: slight smell of grease.
Solubility: soluble in water.
Stability: stable in weak acid, weak alkali, hard water.
Risk: irritation, low irritation to skin, eye.
Animal toxicity[1]: rat oral LD50: 4330mg/Kg.
Ecology: May be hazardous to environment. Water body should be given special attention.
Biodegradability: biodegradable.
Characteristics: excellent cleansing, foaming, emulsifying, dispersing abilities. Mild. easily thickening. Can be used in sulfate-free formula. When pH value is 6 to 8, formula is stable.
Note: can be used in children washing products.
