Characteristics: excellent dispersing, antirust, lubricating, anticorrosive, wetting, cleansing, solubilizing, emulsifying, foaming abilities. intolerance to hard water. resistance to high concentrations of alkali. resistance to high temperature. similar with natural phospholipids.
