Solubility: dispersed in water to soluble in water.
Risk: irritation, irritation to skin, eye.
Animal toxicity: rat oral LD50: 7900mg/Kg;
mouse intravenous LD50: 4450mg/Kg.
Ecology: be hazardous to environment. Water body should be given special attention.
Biodegradability: hardly degradable.
Characteristics: excellent wetting, permeating, emulsifying, cleansing, dispersing, solubilizing abilities.
Notes: (1), can not be used in children cleaning products. (2), byproduct 1,4-dioxane: carcinogen to animal, possible carcinogen (Group 2B) to human; if content is minimal, usually does not cause to harm.
