Synthesis
(1), 3-Chloro-2-hydroxy-1-propylsulfonate is prepared by the reaction of epichlorohydrin and sodium bisulfite.
(2), 3-Chloro-2-hydroxy-1-propylsulfonate reacts with sodium hydroxide, sodium carbonate, then obtain.
